We have moved!
Comics Studies has officially moved to its brand-new web address: comicsstudies.com.
Who Framed the
Enigma?
The ICLA Research Committee on Comic Studies and Graphic Narrative is pleased to present the third edition of its FRAMES conference series: Unframing the Unknown - Mystery, Crime, and the Visual Enigma, to be held at the University of Pisa on September 13-17, 2027.
WE HAVE MOVED!
Starting in early October 2026, Comics Studies has officially moved to its brand-new web address: comicsstudies.com.
Don't worry if you still have our old address bookmarked or type in comics-studies.com by habit: everything will redirect smoothly to the new site (if it doesn't, just clear your browser's cache and try again), so you won’t miss a thing.
Why the change?
Cleaner & Simpler: Dropping the hyphen makes the URL much easier to type, share, and remember.
Growing Together: This update is part of our ongoing effort to give our community of readers and scholars a smoother, more modern home online.
Thank you so much for your continued support as we make the jump! Whenever you have a moment, feel free to update your bookmarks to comicsstudies.com!
